I’m Kelly J. Gwin, Esq., the proud owner of Tax Resolution Attorney Gwin, PLLC.

I passed the bar in 2001 and decided to focus on tax resolution cases, as I enjoy getting to know people and helping them through incredibly challenging times.

When I first launched my tax resolution practice, the IRS functioned at full capacity, and cases got resolved quickly. However, since the pandemic hit, the IRS has been working with a reduced workforce, so what used to take a couple of weeks now takes considerably longer.

To overcome the backlog, I strive to be proactive by educating clients about the collection process. I also offer a personalized approach by working closely with clients to fashion the best resolution for their individual needs.

I always choose people over profits, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my compassion. It includes treating clients with the utmost respect and never passing judgment as I realize that tax debt can happen to anyone.

Therefore, I use my knowledge, wisdom, and experience to reduce tax debt or remove it altogether which is a winning approach that has made me successful.

As a result, when everything falls into place for clients and they can meet their financial obligations it fills me with immense satisfaction. It’s also rewarding when happy clients refer their family and friends to me.

When I’m not analyzing tax transcripts, I love movies, and my all-time favorite is The Wizard of Oz. I also enjoy being with the family, traveling, and scuba diving. In addition, I do volunteering, as I believe that donating time to the community benefits everyone.
